Objective:Through the data collection and data analysis of constant speed and fast walking gait between the gluteal muscle contracture patients and the normal, as a view of the gait characteristics and accuracy definition of gluteal muscle contracture, and carried out an objective analysis and evaluation of micro surgical operation treatment of small edge technology to provided an objective basis for the clinical treatment and rehabilitation.Method:8 gluteal muscle contracture patients from Shanghai Yangpu elderly hospital for the test. High-speed infrared camera system VICON was used to record the kinetic data during the normal walking and the rapid walking test. Workstation software by Shanghai Institute of Applied Sport Biomechanics Laboratory and Visual3D software was separately using to process and the time and space parameter of the subjects. Finally, SPSS 19.0 software was applied to data statistical analysis (The criterion for significance was set at 0.05.).Conclusion:1) Gluteal muscle contracture in patients with preoperative and postoperative gait cycle when walking was no significant difference, but the decreasing trend in the recovery stage.2) The focus of GMC patients has decreased from side to side, up and down has increased.3) Patients to walk thigh abduction, external rotation is too large, limited hip flexion. The situation has improved after surgery, hip flexion, adduction, internal rotation angle value increased external rotation abduction angle decreased.4) Support the knee patients had decreased amplitude of the buffer, the buffer maximum, minimum, there are reduced. Knee flexion angle increased. Knee external rotation angle decreases, while the rotation of increase. Patients with "particular gaite" effective relief.5) After the value of ankle joint dorsiflexion angle increased. Range of internal and external turning point of the ankle joint was reduced, the valgus angle significantly decreased varus angle values decreased.6) Patients in the recovery phase of hip adduction, internal rotation and knee flexion, internal rotation angle increases, the patient "bandy legs", "Eight-step" gait characteristics of effective mitigation. However, the coordination of the various parts of the body needs to take more exercise.
