Objective:To summarize and analyze Xinjiang living kidney transplantation and clinical experience to provide clinical guidance. Methods:Retrospective analysis of the Xinjiang region from 1999 to 2010 living donor kidney transplant recipients, including preoperative general condition, the incidence of postoperative complications, postoperative/graft survival analysis and comparison, and a variety of graft survival factors in univariate and multivariate analysis. Results:Sound by striking out, and follow-up were 178 (131 cases of ethnic minorities and Han 47), generally between the two groups before surgery almost no statistical significance. However, the percentage of PRA and postoperative acute rejection, infection has statistically significant.1,2,3 years in this group/graft survival rates were 92%/95%,89%/93%,84%/89%;minority group in the 1,2,3/graft survival rate:90%/95%,88%/92%,83%/90%;Han is:97%/97%,93%/94%,84%/85%.Han group of patients/graft survival rates were higher than the minority group, both estimated by the Kaplan-Meier survival rate and survival rate in both groups by Log Rank test curve, no significant difference. Affect the long-term human/kidney survival time. Conclusion:Acute rejection and infection affecting/graft survival rate of important factors. Kidney transplantation in Xinjiang region professional improving, people/short and medium term efficacy of renal and foreign coverage is similar to long-term effect needs further observation and analysis.
