[Objective] Based on the analysis and research of the influencing factors of nursing risk in some departments at the First People's Hospital of Yunnan Province (Kun Ha Hospital),we preliminarily understand the status in quo of clinical nursing risk, recognize all risk factors in the nursing service process much better, providing scientific basis for preventing care risk and establishing risk early-warning system, and strengthening the nursing staff's ability of recognizing and preventing the risk, Thus jamming the channels of nursing error and accident fundamentally, Improving the management mechanism, guaranteeing the safety of patients in whole hog.[Methods] This research adopts the method of conception sampling, providing questionnaires to 900 nursing staff and 800 inpatients of some departments at the First People's Hospital of Yunnan Province. The survey questionnaires include the individual basic information of nursing staff and hospitalized patients, and their viewpoints related to the content of nursing risk, etc. Settle the data after the questionnaires is back, and constitute the database using Microsoft Excel 2003 software. First, separately adopt Spearman related model to do the research about relevance and close degree between dependent and independent variables with the questionnaires of nursing staff and hospitalized patients, then put the statistically significant independent variables into Logistic regression model, finally retain the statistically significant independent variables after the Regression analysis, namely factors that have impact to the nursing risk. All the statistical analysis is used on SPSS 13.0 packages.[Results]①After Spearman correlation analysis to the questionnaires of the nursing staff firstly, the variable double checking value Sig. (2-tailed) between independent variables X3(the familiarity of the medical risks), X4(attention degree to the medical risks in the work), X5(the familiarity with the relevant laws and regulations on medical risks), X7(the familiarity with the duties of nursing staff and the rights of patients),X9(the proficiency of nursing technique), X12(the exchanges and cooperation with medical partners),X13(the degree comply with the requirements of nursing records) and dependent variable Y(might be complained or not) is all less than 0.05, statistically significant, so put them into Logistic regression model. Through the analysis we can see that the distinct numerical value of "p" of independent variables X5, X7, X9, X12, X13 is all less than 0.05, it means that the five factors are statistically significant. And the regression coefficients of independent variables X5,X7,X9,X12,X13 is -3.719,-6.327,-8.537,-2.427,-5.257,is all negative,it means that along with the increasing of extent of the five variables, the probability of complaint is descending.②fter Spearman correlation analysis to the questionnaires of the patients firstly, the variable double checking value Sig. (2-tailed) between independent variables X1 (cultural degree), X2(household income of per capita), X3(impression on the current healthcare industry), X4(familiarity with related medical knowledge), X6(familiarity with their disease), X8(expectations for their disease), X9(trust degree on the nurses of this hospital), X10(understanding degree of the risk existing in the work of nursing) and dependent variable Y(might complain or not) is all less than 0.05, statistically significant, so put them into Logistic regression model. Through the analysis we can see that the distinct numerical value of "p" of the eight independent variables is all less than 0.05, it means that the eight factors are statistically significant. And the regression coefficients of independent variables X1,X2,X8 is 2.927,1.283,1.397,is positive, it means that along with the increasing of extent of the three variables, the probability of complaint is also increasing. The regression coefficients of independent variables X3,X4,X6,X9,X10 is-4.862,-2.032,-6.293,-2.812,-3.467, is negative, it means that along with the increasing of extent of these variables, the probability of complaint is descending. [Conclusion]①For nursing staff, the probability of complaint by patients is lower when they are more familiar with relevant laws and regulations on medical risks, more familiar with the duties of nursing staff and the rights of patients, they are more proficient on nursing technique, exchange and cooperate with medical partners much better, record nursing files comply with requirements much more.②For the patients, the probability of their complaint is higher when the level of their education is higher, household income of per capita is higher, expectations for their disease is higher. The probability of complaint by patients is lower when their impression on the current healthcare industry is better, the degree of familiarity with related medical knowledge is higher, degree of familiarity with their disease is higher, degree of trust on the nurses of this hospital is higher, the understanding degree of the risk existing in the work of nursing is higher.
