| Pruning is an important link of cultivation of apple technology. By adjusting the appleand the environment, tree body hormones, source of nutrition, water status, metabolism andtree body parts balanced relationship, it can improve the yield and quality of apple.Researching the influence of pruning to the apple tree hormones contents, it has the importantmeaning to the overall understanding of the physiological response of pruning method and thescientific and rational use of pruning technology. This experiment completed in liquanorchard in shannxi province, took16years-old "changfu2" apples tree as test materials, andits inter stock was M26. High performance liquid chromatographic method [HPLC] was usedto investigate the influence of different heading back and non-pruning in period of dormancy,and picking-off leaves in the fructescence to the endogenous hormones in the buds and leavesof apple. The main results were as follows:1. Effect of the buds and leaves endogenous hormones under heading backAfter different degree heading back, the heavier heading back, the higher content ofIAA,GA,ZT, the lower content of ABA. Before bud, Heavy heading back of the IAA contentwas higher than control48.96%, ABA content lower44.09%. After medium heading back todifferent style breach, the larger the branches angle, the longer the branches, the lower contentof IAA, GA, ZT, the higher content of ABA.After heading back, the value of (IAA+GA+ZT)/ABA reach maximum before andindicated significant difference. Promote growth hormone in the first function leaves after budalso indicated significant difference. The content of ABA had a little different.2.Effect of the buds and leaves endogenous hormones after non-pruningWith the different angle breach under non-pruning, the larger the branches angle, thelower content of IAA, GA, ZT, the higher content of ABA. Along with the increase ofbranches angle, the content of IAA increased84.03%,71.43%and61.53%; the content ofABA reduced36.62%,24.93%and23.29%. With the different length breach under non-pruning, the content of IAA, GA, ZT was20-40cm's breach>50-70cm'sbreach>80-100cm's breach. The content of ABA was just the opposite, the content reduced35.64%,30.08%and22.40%than maximum.With the breach of non-pruning, the value of (IAA+GA+ZT)/ABA and content ofhormone in the first function leaves after bud indicated significant difference and wasinversely proportional to the breach angle and length.3. Effect of the buds endogenous hormones after picking-off leaves and fruit qualityAfter the different picking-off leaves, the content of IAA raised19%in the terminal budsof short breaches and axillary buds of long breaches and control. Control rose more than processing.The content of ABA respectively raised22.12%and22.05%in control and slow drop inpicking-off leaves.. In period of dormancy, the content of ABA rebounded slightly afterpicking-off leaves. The higher degree picking-off leaves, the lower content of hormone.With the deep degree of picking off leaves, the light intensity had been increased; solublesolid content, titratable acidit, Vc and anthocyanin had been significantly improved (P<0.05).In addition, the picking off leaves significantly increased color and lustre of apple pericarp,and the30%degree of picking off leaves was better than15%'s. Little effects and the sametrends were observed on the1-year old shoots stored starch and nitrogen content among thetreatments of picking off leaves. The content of nutrition was CK's>30%'s>15%'s afterfalling leaves. |
