Jujube, our national representative species of fruit trees, have been planted over7000years, it can growth in the harsh environment and make great contributions to the economic development for our country especially for the poor areas. Jujube owns multi-nutritional and medicinal value, the international and domestic market demand is strongly, the price steadily rised over the years. The economic and ecological value of jujube are gradually taken seriously, the jujube industry has developed rapidly. To study the growth of jujube tree has great significance. Through the activities of microorganisms, the nutritional status of plant have been improved and the growth of plant have been promoted. With the advantage of high efficiency, no pollution and energy conservation, microbial fertilizer consistent with the requirements of green agriculture. It developed rapidly in recent years. Microbial fertilizer has been researched in many plants, but the effect on jujube has rarely reported.Through field experiment, for Mu-jujube and Zanhuang-jujube as tested materials, investigate the application effect of use microbial fertilizer and calcium ammonium nitrate on photosynthetic characteristics, jujube quality and peel anatomical structure. The results are as follows:The application of microbial fertilizers can improve the photosynthetic characteristics of jujube, improve the photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of jujube leaves. To the jujube photosynthetic characteristics, Spraying of calcium ammonium nitrate is greater than the root application. The high concentration of biological high-calcium agents is greater than the low concentration. Photosynthetic microbial agents, the mixed treatment of biological high-calcium agents, photosynthetic microbial agents and dressing of calcium ammonium nitrate to the photosynthetic characteristics of jujube are larger. Each treatment can increase the content of chlorophyll of jujube leaves. Influence of photosynthetic microbial agents on the chlorophyll content is the most obvious, it mainly through increasing the content of chlorophyll b to change the value of the chlorophyll a/b.Both of the biological high-calcium agents and the photosynthetic microbial agents can improve the soluble sugar content, have appropriate sugar and titratable acid ratio through change the content of titratable acid. It can make the jujube delicious, improve the quality of jujube. Mu-jujube is more appropriate for high concentrations of biological high-calcium agents, Zanhuang-jujube is suitable for low concentrations. Each treatment significantly increased the content of vitamin C of Mu-jujube, but have little impact to Zanhaung-jujube, which may be different due to different varieties.Whether it is applied calcium ammonium nitrate, or spraying the biological high calcium and photosynthetic microbial agents can increase the number of layers and epidermal thickness of the fruit. Gensch calcium ammonium nitrate and low concentrations of biological high-calcium agents have the greatest impact on the epidermal thickness of Mu-jujube. Sprayed with calcium ammonium nitrate, as well as biological high-calcium agents and photosynthetic microbial agents and dressing of calcium ammonium nitrate have the greatest impact on the epidermal thickness of Zanhuang-jujube.The combined effect of biological high-calcium agents, photosynthetic microbial agents and dressing of calcium ammonium nitrate to improve the jujube quality, increase epidermal thickness is the best.
