The subchronic toxicity test of the Bar-Gene(Bialaphos resistance gene) genetically modified rice on passage of adult mouse daily behavior, organ, organ function and organ tissue structure, designed for the evaluation of the Bar-Gene genetically modified rice food safety to provide a scientific basis, and obtained the results as follows:1. Herbicide resistant Bar gene in primary culture of adult mouse behavior of rice and organ development influence:Test18-20g interval of SPF Kunming mice were randomly divided in three groups of120, were fed content of20%,40%,60%Bar transgenic rice and control, with90d after sampling test, residual parental mice in cages, propagation of F1mice, after sexual maturity test. With the method of propagation of F2, F3, F4mice for experiments.Tracking observation of the generation of mouse daily behavior, and record the mouse feeding volume and water consumption. Anatomical observation of the generation of mouse visceral organ morphology and structure. On the generation of mouse organ index were determined, understanding mouse organ development.The results show that, the Bar-Gene genetically modified rice on adult mouse daily behavior caused no obvious effects; the Bar-Gene genetically modified rice on adult mouse organs organ morphology and structure apparent harm (P>0.05); in the high dose of herbicide resistant Bar gene in F1generation of rice on the intestine and spleen intestine and spleen index was significant(P<0.05), but the offspring of mice have significant difference. Therefore, under the conditions of this experiment, the Bar-Gene genetically modified rice feeding mice on the daily behaviors and organ development without apparent harm.2. The Bar-Gene genetically modified rice on passage in adult mice organ function and effect of organizational structure.Through to the liver, kidney function and histological structure of the research, as well as on the small intestine, the spleen and stomach and other organs structure research, understanding of herbicide resistant Bar gene of rice on the adult mouse organs and tissue structure to produce an effect.Each generation of mouse blood with ball ratio (A/G), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (AKP), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH-L), glucose (GLU), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (CHOL), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (SCR) and other biochemical indexes were detected. Each generation of mouse liver, kidney, small intestine, spleen and stomach were sliced, the organ for the histological observation.The results showed, herbicide resistant Bar gene rice on passage mice liver function and structure have a significant effect (P>0.05); dose of herbicide resistant Bar gene rice on F1mice renal effects (P<0.05), but the offspring did not produce apparent cumulative toxicity to mice; passage small intestine structure has not had much effect on passage; mouse spleen and stomach tissue structure has not had much effect. Therefore, under the conditions of this experiment, herbicide resistant Bar gene rice on passage of the structure and function of organs of mice have a certain stress influence, after adaptation, the passage of main organ structure and function in mice without generating cumulative toxicity.To sum up, herbicide resistant Bar gene rice on passage of adult mice in their health and passaged mouse main organ structure and function caused no obvious adverse effects. So, in this experimental condition and time range, herbicide resistant Bar gene rice as feed on the passage of adult mouse health without obvious adverse effect.
