The methane project of some small and medium-sized farms has some disadvantages,such as not utilizing land resources effectively, having difficulty in living through the winterin cold areas and so on. Considering this and inspired by the traditional digester and solarmethane project, we developed a new type of methane project, small stereo combined-typemethane project, which is suitable for small and medium-sized farms. The advantages of thisproject are as follows. The investment of project is less, covers a small area, effective use ofthe land, and half an underground, underground triple space, the gas production rate is highand stable, normal winter (the use of renewable energy), facilitate management, no secondarypollution, use fixed number of year long.Selected four biogas project to validate the science and practicality of the project,designed to study the digester temperature and anaerobic fermentation liquid gas production,collected the experiment data and analyzed. The results showed that:(1) Solid to liquid fermentation of Small-scale three-dimensional modular biogasproject had the high temperature in winter,16.40℃in December and18.58℃in Februaryhigher than contrast biogas6.91℃and7.95℃respectively. Warming effect is significant andits variation coefficient(C,V)for1.95%in December and0.39%in February. Contrast biogasplant had the high variability value,5.70%in December and2.42%in February, liquidfermentation temperature had maximum fluctuation. Small-scale three-dimensional biogasproject had the high daily gas production contrasted to other plant,the average value was58.22m~3/d in December and49.78m~3/d in February higher than contrast plant18.40m~3/d and26.26m~3/d respectively. Contrast plant had the lower daily gas production,39.81m~3/d inDecember and23.52m~3/d in February.(2)Small-scale three-dimensional biogas project material had the high temperature anddaily gas production in spring and autumn. Fermentation temperature was30.47℃in Mayand23.85℃in October, higher than contrast plant6.99℃and9.63℃respectively. Warmingeffect is significant and its variation coefficient(C,V)for0.73%in May and1.26%in October.Contrast biogas plant had the high variability value,2.61%in May and3.89%in October,liquid fermentation temperature had maximum fluctuation. The Small-scale three-dimensional biogas plant had the high daily gas production contrasted to other plant in spring and autumn,the average value was86.44m~3/d in May and77.02m~3/d in October higher than contrast plant21.85m~3/d and20.13m~3/d respectively. Contrast plant had the lower daily gas production,64.59m~3/d in in May and56.89m~3/d in October.(3)The project investment cost is low and has operational benefits, has high investmentfeasibility. Net present value is142.10yuan after tax, index such as payback period (fiveyears) are greater than the set one, the project is acceptable and sustainable financially.(4)The project has advantages in energy cycle use and saving, breeding-biogas-plantingcombine together can make the manure waste up to discharge standards and increase theeconomic benefits. The project has renewable energy, CO2zero emission, has environmentaland ecological benefits, various aspects of co-ordination and joint action to achieve the effectof the "1+1>2".
