This paper studied the impact of physiology of chrysanthemum"Bianliangyinbao", which was sprayedwith specific concentration of calcium chloride(160mg L-1) and different concentrations ofglycinebetaine(100,250,500mg L-1) when the flower buds were not growth out, and observed floweringdate, flower diameter, plant height, strains diameter. The results are as follows:1.While the chrysanthemums were in bud stage, the vitality of the nitrate reductase (NR) and thecontent of photosynthetic pigments in leaves continued growing, and the superoxide dismutase (SOD)activity in leaves enhanced, too. And the soluble protein content, the soluble sugar content and the DW/FWin leaves increased first and, then decreased. The content of photosynthetic pigments, soluble protein andsoluble sugar content and SOD activity, NR activity and DW/FW in the leaves of the bud stage of"Bianliangyinbao",which was treated by different combinations of CaCl2+GB were higher than whichwas not treated. CaCl2160mg L-1+GB500mg L-1was the best combination.2. The content of photosynthetic pigments, NR vitality, soluble protein, soluble sugar content, DW/FWand the activity of SOD in leaves increased while flowers were from flowering stage to full bloom, andreduced along with the aging of chrysanthemum. But superoxide anion production rate and MDA contentcontinued increasing with the growth of the chrysanthemum. The content of photosynthetic pigments, thesoluble protein and soluble sugar content and SOD activity, NR activity and DW/FW in the leaves of thebud stage of "Bianliangyinbao", which was treated by differ-ent combinations of CaCl2+GB were higherthan which was not treated, while the rates of superoxide anion production and the relative conductivityof the MDA content were lower. And the CaCl2160mg L-1+GB500mg L-1combination made the best work.3.The soluble protein, soluble sugar content, the activity of SOD and POD vitality in petals increasedwhile flowers were in full bloom, and reduced along with the aging of chrysanthemum. But thesuperoxide anion production rate, cell membrane permeability and MDA content increased with the growthof the chrysanthemum. T-he soluble protein, soluble sugar content, the activity of SOD and POD vitality inpetals of "Bianliangyinbao" which was treated by different combinations of CaCl2+GB were higher thanwhich was not treated, while the superoxide anion production rate, cell membrane permeability and MDA content were lower. And the CaCl2160mg L-1+GB500mg L-1combination works best.4.The opening date of the first flower of each group was no difference, and died on the same day, butCaCl2160mg L-1+GB500mg L-1combination can make flowers blight postpone for one week. Theflowering flower diameter was no significant change, either, and the plant height increased with theincreasing of pharmacy concentration.
