Rotary planetary mechanism is core parts of the high-speed transplanter, it is composed by the non-circular gears, which make the track and pose of the seedling needles satisfy the transplanting requirements. In the points of the structure design of the organization, reverse gears pitch curve first according to the track of the seedlings needle, then calculate out the tooth profile data, and design and manufacture the institutions, the entire process needs a lot of the complex calculation. For this reason, this paper puts forward "design and optimization method of planetary mechanism based on Fourier pitch curve non-circular gears ", this method is greatly reduce artificial works. Compile the software platform on the basis of the method, provides a convenient for rapidly design of this type planetary mechanism. This paper main research work and results are as follows:1. Research the Fourier function expressions and transmission characteristics of non-circular gear, and set up the mathematical model of structure parameters and motion orbit of the seedlings needle; Analysis and study of Fourier section curve non-circular gear engagement characteristics and testing method.2. Establish kinematics model of the planetary mechanism of the Fourier section curve non-circular gears, and the organization's kinematics analysis, write the agency's kinematics analysis and optimization software.3. Through the research of traditional Non-circular gear manufacturing methods, proposed a non-circular gear tooth profile forming method based on parallel lines of node tangent. Providing a convenient for processing of non-circular gear, and programmed the software which calculates the tooth profile data of the Fourier non-circular gear by VC compiler.4. Based on the study of the basic genetic algorithm, for the purpose of global searching capability the algorithm is put forward based on the genetic population diversity, and applied to institutions and optimization software for kinematics simulation of planetary mechanism, That the optimal process takes less, and high accuracy, and the effect is stable.5. Compile the relevant software platform, the platform integrate the module of analysis and optimization of planetary mechanism of the Fourier section curve non-circular gears, the optimization module based on improved genetic algorithm and the calculation module of tooth profile of Fourier section of non-circular curve of gear, the platform contains whole process of the device structural design.6. Developed the planetary mechanism of Fourier curve non-circular gear, and structure design, modeling, and virtual prototype of the kinematics simulation experiment, the experimental results validate the correctness of mechanism design.
