"Jiayu 253" is one of the preferred early rice varieties for mechanical transplanting. Top quality and high production, and high efficiency can be achieved through mechanized planting. This experiment include the seedling nursing test, transplanting rice seedling at the early age to increase production and efficiency, greenhouse cultivation, covering non-woven cloth to breed seedling, and transplanting rice seedling into wide and narrow row. It analyzes final growth periods of different treatments, economic traits and yield changes. The results show the best method of the seedling nursing, the sowing time, the row size and the planting density.Through the seedling nursing test, dry matter in underground parts of seedlings planted by bowl-shaped disk were significantly increased than that planted by conventional methods. These seedlings become stronger helpful to automatically insert, while the rice seedling rate is greatly improved. There is an increase of 21% in yield.Through covering non-woven cloth to breed seedling, there is a big risk in covering non-woven cloth when the temperature is instable. We do not recommend use this measure before the March 30th.Through greenhouse cultivation test, we draw a conclusion that under the conditions of utilizing thermal-insulating techniques, transplanting rice in greenhouse can promote planting as early as possible and significantly increase production.Through transplanting rice seedling at the early age to increase production, without any insulation mersures. at the too early age, if it was cold, seedlings would be affected after transplanting, the rice would grow slow. This resulted in the decrease in final yields.Through the wide and narrow row inserted test, it demonstrates that the mode of wide and narrow row is beneficial to improve ventilation, light transmittance. reduce disease, increase the leaf area index, longer blade life, and accelerate dry matter accumulation, which can increase number of ears, grains per ear and grain yield.The integrated mechanical transplanting technology included actually insert in the greenhouse. using bowl-type disk to the seedling nursing, transplant in wide and narrow row.
