In this experiment, High efficiency in vitro regeneration system of pigment marigold was developed using potted seedings and seedings from seeds were use as explants.in subculcure process,and the vitrification in subculcure have been studied.The aim is of establish high efficiency in vitro regeneration system of pigment marigold which was to reduce vitrification rate and raise propagation rate.Results were as follows:1.The establishmeng of the regenerating system in pigment marigoldAxillary buds as explants to compare the different hormone levels on axillary bud induction, proliferation, rooting, The results showed that:in the bud induction in, MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+ NAAO.lmg/L pigment marigold buds in explants of the best bud induction medium; Proliferation in the bud, to MS+6-BA1mg/L+NAAO.Olmg/L is appropriate, value-added factor of 11.5 is the test the best pigment medium subculture marigold; The most suitable rooting medium for the pigment of marigold 1/2MS+IBA0.1mg/L.2.The influencing factors and preventive2.1 The effects of the hormones on the vitrificationThe results showed that:6-BA marigold vitro proliferation of pigment and vitrification of the rate coefficient significantly affected.
