Mycotoxins is toxic secondary metabolite produced by fungal, has been commonly found about 100 species in feed and feed ingredients, resulting feed mycotoxin contamination, and bring serious negative impact to feed processing and animal production.900 ducks of 11 days selected in this trial, randomly divided into nine treatment, each for 5 repeats with 20 ducks, using 2×3 two-factor design, Aflatoxin B1 and mycotoxin absorbent for the trial factor, the level of absorbent were 0.750.1500 mg/kg, Aflatoxin B1 levels were 25,50,75 ug/kg, for further study of the level of Aflatoxin B1 absorbents impact on the duck's growth performance, immune function and pathological changes. The experimental results show that:①Aflatoxin B1 in diet significantly reduced the duck's feed. Dietary Aflatoxin B1 content of 25.50 ug/kg. add 750mg/kg,1500mg/kg mycotoxin absorbent, the ducks have a certain degree of growth and performance improvement, which 1500mg/kg absorbent better. Dietary Aflatoxin B1 content of 75ug/kg, even add mycotoxin absorbent, the growth performance can not be improved.②With the level of Aflatoxin B1 raised in diet, the absolute liver weight and Aflatoxin B1 deposition were significantly increased, and reduce the risk of liver toxins to some extent after adding absorbent.③Dietary Aflatoxin B1 content than 50ug/kg, can cause pathological changes in duck, duck is not conducive to bird flu antibodies; than 75ug/kg, the duck can cause Aflatoxin poisoning, add 750mg/kg,1500mg/kg mycotoxin absorbent can not eliminate or mitigate its adverse effects.
