| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,food safety has attracted more and more attention and become a major livelihood problem.At present,the detection rate of aflatoxin B1 in food is very high,so the contamination of aflatoxin B1 in food has been paid more and more attention.Quail is a special poultry with fast growth,more laying eggs and high economic value.It is also an ideal experimental animal to study the nutritional physiology of poultry.However,aflatoxin poisoning in quails is very common in practice.On the basis of previous studies,this study divides the experiment into three parts,drawing on relevant theories and research methods.The first part is in vitro bacteriostasis experiment.The reserved Aspergillus strains were inoculated on the prepared spore suspension weight and coated on the PDA plate.They were incubated at 28 C for 48 hours to observe whether there was a bacteriostasis circle around the Oxford cup.The diameter of the bacteriostasis circle was measured by cross measurement.The results showed that aflatoxin was moderately sensitive to Jinge Jiedu Oral Liquid.The in vitro bacteriostatic concentration of Jinge Jiedu Oral Liquid on aflatoxin was investigated by96-hole method.The results showed that the minimum bacteriostatic concentration of Jinge Jiedu Oral Liquid on Aspergillus flavus was 19.53g/L and the minimum bactericidal concentration was 156.25g/L.The second part is about the preventive and therapeutic effect of Jinge Jiedu Oral Liquid on quail acute liver injury caused by aflatoxin B1.Thirty laying quails aged 60 days were random Ly divided into three groups,10 in each group.Before the experiment,the blank group was given normal saline 8 m L/kg,the model group was given normal saline 8 m L/kg,and the treatment group was given Jinge Jiedu Oral Solution 8 m L/kg for14 days.After that,the model group and the treatment group were given aflatoxin B1 100ug/kg.24 hours later,serum samples were collected from jugular vein to determine the biochemical parameters.Quails were executed.Liver samples were taken out to observe morphological changes and pathological sections were made for further observationunder light microscope.Microscopically,no significant pathological changes were observed in the blank group.In model group,hepatic sinusoidal stenosis,diffuse vacuolar degeneration of hepatocytes,marked enlargement of hepatocytes and irregular small vacuoles in the cytoplasm,necrosis and dissolution of a small number of hepatocytes,concentration of nuclei and dark blue staining were observed.There was no significant pathological change in the treatment group.The results showed that Jinge Jiedu Oral Liquid had a certain preventive and therapeutic effect on quail acute liver injury caused by aflatoxin B1.The third part is the effect of Jinge Jiedu Oral Liquid on quail production performance.400 laying quails aged 60 days were random Ly divided into control group,positive drug group and drug group(high,medium and low dose group).Each group had4 replicates,20 quails per replicate.Each group was fed with basic diet,and 0.4% Jinxin oral liquid was added to the drinking water of positive drug group,and 0.2%,0.4% and0.8% Jinge detoxification oral liquid was added to the drinking water of high,middle and low dose groups for 4 weeks.Feeding,drinking water and laying eggs were recorded every day.At the end of the experiment,egg quality and serum biochemical indexes were measured.The results showed that Jinge Jiedu Oral Liquid improved the laying rate and average weight of eggs and the laying performance.In the aspect of egg quality,it can improve the yolk color,yolk weight,shell thickness,shell strength,protein height and egg shape index,maintain the Harrington unit between normal values and improve egg quality.Jinge Jiedu Oral Liquid can also protect the liver by reducing the contents of GOT,GPT and TC,increase the SOD content and reduce the MDA level to enhance the antioxidant capacity of the body,so as to maintain the health of the body. |
