Investigation On The Contamination Of Ochratoxin In Feed That In Pig-farms In Chenzhou

Ochratoxin is a kind of mycotoxin produced by aspergillin and penicillium. Among them, which having greater toxicity, close relationship with human health, severe pollution of crops and a wide distribution is ochratoxin A(OTA). It major pollute wheat, rice, corn, other agricultural products and animal feeds. Ochratoxin is one of common mycotoxins,and it has potent toxicities for kidney and liver.If feeding the animals with feeds containing ochratoxin Long-term, it can cause acute or chronic poisoning. At the same time, OTA also can result in pain, deformity and mutations. So testing the content of ochratoxin in feeds regularly is vital significance for Improving the quality of the animal products and food security.This study Aims to detect the content of ochratoxin in feeds by the method of liquid chromatographic, provide reliable experiment method and theoretical basis for fast detecting the ochratoxin in feeds. Meanwhile, this study has observed the poisoned pigs by pathologically and researched the prevention and control effection of drugs for taking off mildew.This paper collected 168 samples of feeds in 2010 and surveyed the ochratoxin's pollution of 15 pig-farms in Chenzhou.And it explored the experimental conditions for detecting the content of ochratoxin by the method of liquid chromatographic. The results are as follows:1,This paper has done a total of 442 detections for the 168 feed samples, only 15 samples has not detect the mycotoxin, accounting for 8.9% of the total number; testing only one kind of mycotoxin was 27, accounting for 17.3% of total; testing two kinds or more was 126, accounting for 73.8% of total,and both DON and ZON coexist were 98, accounting for 58.3% of total.2,This paper has detected 16 samples containing ochratoxin, accounting for 12.4% of total.3,The Symptome of poisoned pig by ochratoxin were injuries in liver, kidney,and their cells'Blisters degeneration. 4-. Effective measure for controling the toxicity of ochratoxin was adding certain proportion drugs for taking off mildew,and it can reduce the loss of growth performance caused by ochratoxin pollution and the morbidity of Nephrotic syndrome.In this investigation,we found that ochratoxin exists in the feeds of pig-farms in Chenzhou.This test has done exploratory research for detecting the content of ochratoxin by liquid chromatographic, made the detection experiments flow chart and studied the prevention and control effect of adding the drugs for taking off mildew. All of this has provided some experimental basis for detecting, preventing and controlling the ochratoxin,and accumulated some valuable experimental basis materials.
