| In this study, the target is soybean cyst nematode which has made a great damage to the production of soybean in recent years. A preliminary analysis of the physiological differentiation of soybean cyst nematode was made in Daqing to obtain homozygous Race 3, the use of system filter system filter out high nematicidal activity of the fungal strains dq012, and its greenhouse and field trials and safety evaluation has done a systematic study. Results are as follows:Daqing region were investigated in the physiological differentiation of soybean cyst nematode, soybean cyst nematode races mutate. The results showed that: the major races in Daqing region still dominated the 3rd race, but identified some areas found in Race 1.Daqing of Heilongjiang Province, the western region of biocontrol strain of soil samples were screened to obtain 100. 100 strains of fungi from the preservation of biological activity was measured by the soybean cyst nematode screening rate of 50% of the lethal strain of 30 strains of fungi. In the screening process, many strains of nematicidal activity was reduced after subculture nematicidal effect.Due to poor stability, there was a great difference between the results of the bioassay and the efficiency was greatly reducted. We screened the strains required to kill SCN elegans with high virulence, and high stability. After screening for biological activity, we got five strains, from which we selected a screening with a dq012 germinal development potential, for further study.Greenhouse pot experiment showed that: dq012 dry rice broth has a good tip nematode control effect, in terms of a fungal biological control of nematodes, there is great development potential. By further research and the appropriate stabilizer and dispersing agent, the control efficiency will be further improved, this will lead a new way for the development of pollution-free vegetables and green food. |
