| Cereal cyst nematode(CCN) is a plant pathogen which is widely distributed in the world, posing a high threat on wheat production. The control methods of nematodes mainly include selection of resistant varieties, non-host crop rotation, chemical control and biological control. In recent years, more and more research on the use of microbial metabolites haven done to control nematodes. In this assay, we isolated fungi from CCN and identified the fungi. Three fungal strain were founded having high toxity to nematodes by Laboratory bioassay. So control efficiency of the three fungi have tested, including effects on hatch and control efficiency in pot experiments. The results were summarized as follows:1. CCN population of Henan Xuchang, Yuzhou were identified as Heterodera filipjevi, Shandong Liaocheng, Dezhou, Heze, and Norway ?stfold were identified as H.avenae.2. Twenty-five fungal strains were isolated from CCN population of Norway ?stfold and Henan Xuchang, and twenty-two of them are identified. There are three Penicillium sp, four Aspergillus sp, eight Mortierella sp, one strain of Alternaria sp., Fusarium sp., Trichoderma sp., Doratomyces sp., Fusarium sp., Microdochium sp. and Plectosphaerella sp., respectivily.3. Aspergillus niger NBC001, Penicillium oxalicum NBC008 and NBC012 were highly toxic to all three species of nematodes, and the corrected mortality of nematodes was about 80%, and the mortality of nematodes decreased with the increase of dilution ratio.4. Control efficiency of Aspergillus niger NBC001, Penicillium oxalicum NBC008 and NBC012 were determined. The results showed that Aspergillus niger NBC001, Penicillium oxalicum NBC008 and NBC012 could strongly inhibit nematodes hatchability, and the inhibition decreased with the increase of dilution ratio. The results of pot experiment showed that three kinds of fermentation could increase plant height or root length. Number of cysts reduced while soybean were treated with fermentation, and the decrease rate is over 40%.That indicate Aspergillus niger NBC001, Penicillium oxalicum NBC008 and NBC012 can be used to control cereal and soybean cyst nematode, and they had application prospects. |
