The Research Of Forest Resources Management Technology In Southen Collective Forest Area Based On The Forest Right System Reform

At present, the forestry property right system reform in southern collective forest area China is implementing. How to implement sustainable forest management which has a clear property right has become the focus of the supporting policies concerning property right system reform in Southern China. Therefore, how to integrate the society reform with the forest resource management and to explore some of sustainable forest management models cannot only guarantee the benefits forest farmer's economic, but also achieve ecological benefits and social benefits, which is significant to guarantee the successful implementation of the forestry property right system reform.In this study, the backgrounds of he forest resource management theory and research status are analyzed. Introduced idea of the group from the ecology management theory, on the base of analyzing and comparing forest resources management model before or after the forest right system reform in china, the operation architecture and principle and method of management of the forestry group are proposed, and the theory and method of the comprehensive assessment of result of the forest group management are discussed. At the same time, a basic material of the forest resource management of Dapo town in Cangwu county Guangxi province is studied along with the consideration of its natural conditions and the difference of the cultural and social economic development level. Based on the previous experiment, the group of forest management model is constructed at Dapo town, and the forest resource management result integrated assessment are maked. It is a new way to realize sustainable management of the local forest and gives reference to implementing the forest resource management in China. The results of the research are as follow:(1) The relevant concepts of the forest resource management technology are summarized, the sustainable forest management model and the forest ecology management model are elaborated, and the relationships of sustainable forest management and the forest ecology management are analyzed.
