| Strawberry is an important cash crop, but strawberry diseases each year will cause varying degrees of loss. In our country, the most serious strawberry diseases are Gray Mold, Powdery Mildew, Leaf Spot (snake eye), Fusarium Wilt, Bud Blight, Root Rot, and so on. It is of great importance to prevent diseases and reduce the loss by clarifying the types of strawberry diseases. This paper makes an investigation about four types of main strawberry diseases in JuRong. The paper makes the pot experiment to four new types of strawberry(Ming Bao, Flange, the Feng Hong, Red Cheek) with the three main diseases of strawberry(Root Rot, Gray Mold, Powdery Mildew). The main results are as follows:1. The investigation results of JuRong's strawberry diseasesGray Mold, Powdery Mildew, Leaf Spot (snake eye) and Root Rot are more serious in JuRong. According to the investigation, Mingbao is subjective to Leaf Spot (snake eye) and Fusarium Wilt; Flange is subjective to the Gray Mold; and the Feng Hong is subjective to Powdery Mildew and the second is Leaf Spot (snake eye); Red Check is easily to get infection of more serious Anthrax. Mingbao and Flange are of strong resistance to Powdery Mildew. General survey shows us that Flange is of great resistance to all kinds of diseases.2. Strawberry root rot pathogens Toxicity DeterminationWhen the treatment agents inhibit the rate of 50%, the smallest of three agents in the EC50 values for 75% of the chlorothalonil 800 times, EC50 value of 2.13mg/L, so the three agents in the toxicity of chlorothalonil strongest, followed by 10% of the world 1500 times higher, EC50 value of 5.75mg/L. Note inhibitory effect of these two agents is better3. Experimental results of Chemical treatment to several main diseasesStrawberry Root Rot Disease is transferred by earth in Strawberry Production. Bacteria invades the strawberry mainly from the root. When the upground part of strawberry shows some symptoms of strawberry Root Rot, the root of strawberry has been rotted. As carried out the Chemical control, it must make the prevention in the first place. When a large area of this disease is found, it is too late. The effect of chemical control will not be well. Of four types of Strawberry in the experiment, Flange has the best disease resistance, and Red Check is the worst. Control effects of 10% Difenoconazole 1500 times is the best.As the high incidence of strawberry gray mold, it impacts the production and loss, which should be the key object of chemical control during the strawberry production. This study uses low efficient toxic agents,50% of the speed of Franklin 800 times and 50% of the vinclozolin DF 800 times control, and control effect is of 60%, and the fruit disease control has been achieved very good results. Of four types strawberry, Flange and Red Check has the worse chemical effect.Strawberry Powdery Mildew has a long term effect and heavy damage, which needs multiple treatment to control.In order to reduce pathogen resistance and increase the effect of fungicide disease control, two or three kinds of fungicides can be used in turn during the production. In this study, the overall control effect is not very good, mainly below 70%, in which the control effect of 10% Difenoconazole 2000 times and 40% Fuxing 4000 times is relatively better. According to the water control of four types, the highest disease index verified the Powdery Mildew resistance of Feng Hong proves to be the worst. |
