This reseach contains the investigation about the local oil trees in Fujian province,biodiesel feasibility analysis and screening of species; Vegetable oil extraction and processing technology of bio-diesel conversion,found the parameters; Surveyed the experimental forest of Jatropha species and demonstration forest source; Initial choiced the Jatropha plant quality and good provenance, laid the foundation of Jatropha curcas'application. summarized as follows:1. Fujian is one of the important forest areas in china, has a wide variety of oil plants, It investigated about 101 family,275 genus,438 species. Including some widely distributed, adaptable species has some potential as the bio-diesel research and development.There are 23 species of Euphorbiaceae,8 species of Anacardiaceae,7 species of Meliaceae,2 species of Daphniphyllum Division,3 species of Sapindaceae,15 species of Theaceae,l species of Hydnocarpus Division,5 species of Cornaceae.2. According to the principle of bio-diesel tree species selection as seed oil content, and fatty acid composition,contains experience in production practice(seed yield, seed size,adaptability), Initially identified jatropha, pistache, tallow, sapindus is more suitable for biodiesel, worthy of research and development in Fujian.Oil content are 36.1%,31.1%,51.59%,19.0%;Total fatty acids contains C16 and C18 are 98.0%,98.8 %,93.6%,70.9%.3.The best extraction of vegetable oil is 40-60 mesh particle size obtained, ether extraction solvent, extraction time 8 hours. The best takes hexane instead of ether as the optional solvent extraction. Catalyst pre-esterification with temperature, methanol to oil ratio, catalyst concentration, acid showed a downward trend, optimum conditions for the temperature 60℃, methanol to oil ratio of 13:1,2% concentration of sulfuric acid. Base catalyzed transesterification with temperature, methanol to oil ratio, catalyst concentration, the yield goes to fatty acid methyl ester rise trend, optimum conditions for the temperature 60℃, methanol to oil ratio of 6:1, KOH content of 1%. According to the parameters selected,producted under laboratory conditions the Jatropha curcas, pistache, tallow and other species of bio-diesel samples.Tested biodiesel samples meet the mainly national standards.4. The tested Jatropha seeds of different provenances little difference in the appearance of characters, length, width, side path coefficient of variation are 2.9%,4.6%å'Œ3.3%; Grain weight coefficient of variation is 7.7%.Grains of good provenance are 6,12,17,20.It shows fine grain weight can be used as indicators of material selection.5. Good material selection:contains provenance selection, good plant selection, good plant selection of individual groups(Fujian Lianjiang),because the age of the experimental forest is still relatively small, the characters are not stable, have yet to be further validation of time, so our choice is only a preliminary choice, selected superior provenances and superior individuals still need further observation and confirmation, promotion can also be implemented by further screening. In addition, due to the extensive forest test mode of operation, the actual harvest of plant seeds there is a big tap potential.(1). Because it is early provenance selection as the main factor of production, according to the survey in 3 years, initially, we selected a better performance in Fujian for the two species No.19,1,they are Yunnan Yuanyangmalizhai and Guangxi Longlin. No.19 yield per plant provenances can be achieved 212.39g(2010), Compared with the overall average gain of 346.82%; No.1 yield per plant provenances can be achieved 95.19g(2010), Compared with the overall average gain of 100.26%.(2). Jatropha plant significants have big different,in 3 years,which have good performance are No.1909,1910,1911,1912,1407,1408,104,107,108,1605,these are stable, their three-year average fruit, are 40,23.3,22.7,14,15,23,10,16.5,22,14. the average seed yield per plant reached 48.65 g-125.15g.(3). From Guantou Lianjiang Fuxingyuan Development Co., Ltd. Bio Energy's one year Jatropha,we choiced some good performance they are L39,L52,L25,L37, L92,L79,L71,L70,L77,L91,L78,their product are 2.2-3.55kg,and Oil content are 38.9%-43.6%,in these L39,L37,L92,L71,L70,L77 are strong cold tolerance.
