As the agricultural acreage of transgenic crops expanding,it may cause biological communities and microbial communities especially to change which has been the main content of safety testing about transgenic organisms. In this research,we used transgenic wheat(B73-6-1 and B102-1-2) with HWM-GSs and their corresponding parents(L88-6 and L88-31) as the expermental materials.Through the field test, using the environmental molecular ecology methods and statistical analysis,we analyzed the biological activity and the community diversity of rhizospheric microorganism of transgenic wheat with HWM-GSs at the process of growth and development. The preliminary results are as following:(1) During the wheat growth and development, there was no significant difference of phosphatase activity in rhizospheric soil between L88-6 and B73-6-1,but minor difference of dehydrogenase activity has been detected. However,as to L88-31 and B102-1-2, there was no significant difference of dehydrogenase activity and minor difference of phosphatase activity existed. The rusult indicated that transgenic wheat impacts on the biological activity of microorganism.(2) Although the DGGE profile showed that the diversity of bacteria in different periods is very rich, the cluster analysis showed that bacteria in the rhizosphere soil of wheat had unconspicuous response to the changes of the growth stages of wheat.(3) By comparing the H-value between transgenic lines with HWM-GSs and their relative parents,we found that different existed in the diversity of rhizospheric microorganism in some individual growth stages. Therefore,we speculate that transgenic wheat with HWM-GSs has some effect to the genetic diversity of rhizospheric microorganism .The results showed that transgenic wheat with HWM-GSs affects the biological activity of microbial and the genetic diversity of rhizospheric microorganism. This will supply reference for the evaluation of ecological security about transgenic wheat, which will be meaningful for the commercial improvement of transgenic wheat.
