Public Garden Landscape Designing Discovery Of Top-quality Residential Areas

As the increasing of human's living standard and the accumulation of individual wealth, people have more and more requirements of their living conditions instead of the most basic requirement—only have a room to live in, and put their attention to more high-level and more comfortable residential communities. As landscape designers, we are extremely delighted to find out that garden landscape has become a very important element of high-level residential communities. In order to build the public garden landscape of high-quality residential areas, this paper has implemented one-year visit and investigation through comparison with public garden landscape of those high-quality residential communities in Guangzhou, Beijing and Hong Kong, raised a standardized reference for high-level residential communities and provided more direct, reasonable scientific and artistic guidance for public garden landscape design.The main content of the research is as following:Firstly, starting with the definition and characteristics of high-level residential communities, this paper analyzed the current function of public garden landscape in high-level residential communities, summarized the characteristics and functions of public garden landscape in high-level residential communities, and predicted the tendency of public garden landscape for Shanghai high-level residential communities. Furthermore, taking Shanghai Sheshan No.3, Guangzhou Xinghewan, Beijing Long Lake & Huyanshan as an example, the paper made qualitative analysis of the application of public garden landscape in high-quality residential communities, and offered analysis and judgment of public garden landscape for Shanghai high-level residential communities. Thirdly, setting the project Shanghai Huarun Sheshanï¹'Jiuli as an example, the author had participated in the project, from the aspect of project orientation, scheme evaluation, construction drawing design and site construction, this paper analyzed hard landscape of public garden landscape—from matching material and color to selection of material and handling construction details, and soft landscape of public garden landscape—from the selection of type and specification of trees to tree planting design and construction maintenance. Applying coenology theory, this paper analyzed the species diversity and community constitution, concluded the existing problems and raised reasonable suggestions. Finally, based on investigation and analysis, this paper raised the principles of public garden landscape in high-quality residential communities, and standardized reference of public landscape in high-quality residential communities from the aspect of design steps, construction and maintenance management and several feasible design models from the aspect of users'requirements.
