Hilling is the important constituent of the treatment of tobacco,is one of the main link to guarantee the tobacco's quality and production .But the present tobacco hillers will easily injury the tobacco's leaves because they not have the devices to protect the leaves.Therefore need to artificially auxiliary keep out tobacco when they working,and this kind of working style ,backward,time-consuming,and tedious.Meanwhile ,after the working of the existing tobacco hillers,there were no apply layer ,so soil moisture can not be conserved.Therefore, this paper, according to the needs, using the modern design method to design a new type of tobacco hiller.The structure of the tobacco hiller's covering body is installing the rotary blades on the packing auger ,and the rotary blades'working radius greater than the packing augers'.So ,when the tobacco hiller working,the rotary blades will loosen the soil ,and the packing auger will push the soil to the both sides,then throw the soil to the ridges top.Because there also have loosen soil in he bottom of ditch,so the moisture can be conserved.In roder to achieve the purpose of not injure the tobacco,we install ridges and imitation shape device,applying fractal device,lateral copy leaves board,protect portion,protect cascade leaves plate etc in tractors frame,thus effectively achieved the purpose to prect the tobacco leaves when hilling.At first, this paper uses the modern testing technology ,using sensors to test the strain of the tobacco hiller's covering body when the tobacco hiller working. According to the traditional theoretical calculation,chose the reaspmable diesel engine power,thus to avoid the power is too small the tobacco hiller do not work or the power is too big that the power will excessive waste.At the same time use the strain indirect intensity of shaft dynamicrigidity.At the same time, this paper USES three-dimensional modeling technology and finite element method for the analysis and research of packing auger.Establish the three-dimensio- nal model of packing auger in pro/e,using graphical interface, discrete model after importing ANSYS finite element model of the dragon gets twisted respectively, and then make the static analysis and modal analysis for packing auger,obtain respectively stress and strain of spiral leaf's nodes and ten order packing auger's shaft modal shape,thus learned during working the tobacco hiller do not produce resonance phenomenon.Also on the strength of the stranded helical vane and ground packing auger shaft rigidity check, and completed the FEM analysis results provides theoretical basis for the other dynamic analysis.The completed design of new tobacco has the novel principle,simple and compact structure.Meanwhile the practice proved that after hilling,the ridges are neatly,and there are apply layers in the ditch,also the phenomenon of injuring leaves are less.So the design of this new type hiller met the technical requirements of tobacco hilling.
