Our country is famous of the producting and exporting of aquatic products. At the last ten years, the exports of the aquatic products from China have been great in the world. However, in order to improve economic performance, many cultivating persons increased the number of the fish and used more bait food blindly, which cased that the water be more and more polluted, and the fish became sick easily. Therefore, It is necessary for us to do some research in finding the metabolic laws of the quantity of fisheries drugs in aquatic products. It may provide a theory tell us how to make sure of the quantity of fisheries drugs in our work. This experiment reported that the metabolic laws in different organization which after being treated with different concentration of nnoxacin and different way to use the nnoxacin, and the influence of different organization from Brocade carp which were treated with different concentration of f nnoxacin. At 20-26℃, one group was that the Brocade carp eated different concentration of nnoxacin, such as 2,6,8 and 10g nnoxacin each kg bait food. And keep the state 15days. The other group was Soaking in different concentration of nnoxacin, like 5,10,15,20 and 25mg nnoxacin a litre of water. Similarly, keep the state 15days, and used the bait food without nnoxacin. After 15 days, the two groups both used by the bait food without nnoxacin. Then, made the muscles, liver and kidney after the no drug by 0,15,30,45,60,75d. The organizations were used to measure the concentration of nnoxacin. We used high performance liquid chromatography to measure the concentration of nnoxacin. This experiment reported that the group which within the food, the concentration of nnoxacin in the Brocade carp reduced with the higher concentration in the food, except the 10g/kg. The metabolic laws of the group which were soaked was up in the first and then being down, reached the maximum after 30-45d. However, the metabolic laws Changed easily, it is difficult to grasp. By comparing the metabolic laws of the two groups, we proposaled that to choose the within food was a better way, and 2-6g nnoxacin one kg food was the Suitable concentration. The metabolic equation of 2g/kg like that:C= 2.0976e-0.0284t,C=1.0074e-0.0208t and C= 3.4493e-0.0255t, and the bad term like that:50.49days,50.19 days and 86.96 days. The metabolic equation of 4g/kg like that:C=2.0262e-0.005t,C=5.3712e-0.0244t and C= 5.6363e-0.0252t, and the bad term like that:89.86days,97.30days and 96.13 days. The metabolic equation of 6g/kg like that:C=4.5666e-0.0089t,C=4.2835e-0.0247t and C=8.871e-0.0189t, and the bad term like that:148.53days,115.29days and 152.17days. The report explained that the nnoxacin was diffcult to eliminate from the Brocade carp. So, we proposaled that we may make the time without drug to the fish, and the time may more than 107 days. We also fought that the nnoxacin in the fish keep the original form. At the same time, we detected the little ciprofloxacin in the tissues of the Brocade carp. Therefore, it can help us to understand that why the ciprofloxacin was prohibited. The tissues like hepatopancreas, kidney, intestine, spleen, muscle, heart, and gallbladder were from the Brocade carp which were treated with nnoxacin, were comparativly analysised by discontinuous polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis. The electrophoresis results showed that esterase were expressed in the tissues, and there were much difference between the blank group and the group which treated by nnoxacin. Among these tissues, the intestine tissue was the most significant.
