As a new type of feed additive had been widely applied on feed industry and livestock farming, however, the activity of probiotics susceptibility to outside influences such as temperature, humidity, mechanical friction, pressure and storage time, which led to the activity of probiotics reduce and product quality was unstable. Because of these, the experiments were condueted to study the effects of the feed mixing, pelleting, storage, high copper, high zinc, and chlortetracycline on activity of isolated probiotics by laboratory. And strong resistance strains were selected. The results were as follows.1. Probiotics were mixed with soybean meal, rice hull, defatted rice bran and bran. They were stored for sixty days and detected live-microbe amount every fifteen days. Then suitable carrier for probiotics were selected. The result showed that the live-microbe amount was highest in the soybean meal, the other three carriers or less. Soybean meal was easy to agglomerate and the price is high, but rice husk was dispersion and cheap, so, rice husk was more suitable for probiotic carrier.2. Five strains of Bacillus (Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus coagulans Y4, Bacillus coagulans Y6, Bacillus stearothermophilus Y13, Bacillus stearothermophilus Y16) and four strains of Lactobacillus (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Enterococcus faecium, Enterococcus gallinarum, Streptococcus thermophilus) were fermented and made into mono-cultures respectively and added to the piglets feeding. Then they were mixed in feed mixer and detected live-microbe amount of probiotics. The result showed that the live-microbe amount of nine strains of probiotics changed little and remained in the same order of magnitude, however, the vitality of Bacillus slightly stronger than the Lactobacillus, so, the feed mixing had small influence on the activity of probiotics.3. Nine strains of probiotics were added to the piglets feeding and pelleted in pelleter and detected live-microbe amount. The result showed that feed pelleting had small influence on Bacillus and that survival rates achieved above 95%. But feed pelleting had great influence on Lactobacillus, R18 already couldn′t been detected living bacterium number.4. The powder and pellet were stored for sixty days respectively, and then detected live-microbe amount of probiotics. The result showed that the live-microbe amount of probiotics had different levels of decrease with the storage time increased, and Bacillus were downtrend slowly, the decline rate of survival percentage below 5.29%. But the survival rate of Lactobacillus was very low, the decline rate of survival percentage above 47.38%.5. To 200mg/kg of copper (CuSO4 source) , 1000mg/kg of zinc (ZnO source) , copper and zinc added to the powder that contained probiotics. They were stored for sixty days and detected live-microbe amount every ten days. The result showed that effects of high cooper and high zinc on activity of Bacillus and Lactobacillus descending order were as follows: Cu + Zn> Cu> Zn. And Bacillus resisted high copper and high zinc stronger than Lactobacillus6. To chlortetracycline added to the powder that contained probiotics. They were stored for sixty days detected live-microbe amount every ten days. The result showed that chlortetracycline had smaller influence on the strains of probiotics, in addition to KC dropped two orders of magnitude, and the rest were drops one orders of magnitude strains. It had greater impact on the Lactobacillus, R18 did not examine the viable count in the 40th day.
