Study On The Physiological Chemical Characteristics Of Four Main Cultivated Tea In Sichuan

In this experiment, the western Sichuan Mingshanbaihao, Mingshan 213, Chuannonghuangyazao and Fuxuan 9 for the tested varieties of green tea, Fudingdabaicha as control (CK). System of the four varieties of biological characteristics, biochemical composition, photosynthesis, resistance to physical and green tea suitable system, the results show that:(1) 2 years of observation results show that an average of four cultivars compared with CK, Mingshan 213 earlier 6d-10d, Chuannonghuangyazao earlier 5d-8d, Fuxuan 9 earlier 4d-8d, and the above three varieties of budding closer, therefore, all belong to earlier born varieties. The fish leaf stage and a bud and two leaf stage of Mingshanbaihao are later 2d-5d than CK, but a bud and one leaf stage is earlier than CK of 3d, therefore, Mingshanbaihao also belongs to the earlier born varieties. Compared with CK, the new stretch intensity of Chuannonghuangyazao and Mingshan 213 are weak, but Mingshanbaihao and Fuxuan 9 are stronger. In spring, summer and autumn,Various varieties, a bud and two leaf length and 100 buds heavy change trend are the same seeketh:summer tip period> fall tip period> spring tip period, and the spring growth is the largest. Through 2009-2010 determination results for two years, each species yield is higher 6.35%-18.89% than CK, the size of the order Fuxuan 9>Mingshanbaihao> Chuannonghuangyazao>Mingshan 213> CK.Various varieties all have soft leaves, the tender strong sexual excellent characters, leaf color for the green or yellow-green, pastel less or more.Each species fresh leaves is suitable condition to make the excellent tea with a bud, a bud and one and leaf, a bud and two leaf.(2) Compared with CK, the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of Fuxuan 9 and Mingshanbaihao are higher, and Chuannonghuangyazao and Mingshan 213, by contrast, this is in accord with the yield statistical results.But the transpiration rate of Fuxuan 9 and Mingshanbaihao are higher, the efficiency of water use is lower. The respiratory rate of Fuxuan 9 and Mingshanbaihao is higher, show that their physiological are stronger, but organic waste more, go against growth, and Chuannonghuangyazao and Mingshan 213, by contrast. The chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll a/b, chlorophyll volume change trend between the varieties are same to the net photosynthetic rate, their own genetic factors influence to the net photosynthetic rate between varieties is bigger.Each variety curve of Pn day are tending to the single-peak type, when light intensity in 6:00-10:00 range, net photosynthetic rate of increase quickly, in a rise of almost straight; With the light intensity, Pn continued to increase but the growth has slowed; When light intensity reach the LSP, the growth of Pn is extremely slow state, even fell. Chuannonghuangyazao has Day luffing minimum, lower than CK,but Mingshanbaihao by contrast. LSP of the four varieties is considerable difference,its size order:Fuxuan 9>Mingshanbaihao> Chuannonghuangyazao> CK>Mingshan 213, among them, Fuxuan 9 and Mingshanbaihaohave higher photosynthetic rate and LSP. Four cultivars have lower LCP (15.53-55.32umol.m-2s-1), its size order:Mingshanbaihao> CK> Chuannonghuangyazao>Mingshan 213>Fuxuan 9. Compare the LCP,LSP and a of 4 varieties, Fuxuan 9 have higher LSP anda, and lower.But Mingshan 213 have lower LCP, LSP and a.(3) Comparing different varieties of SOD, POD, CAT,Pro,MDA,CMP, can identify different varieties the strength of the fight cold ability. Experimental results show that the Fuxuan 9 have lower SOD and CAT, but have higher MDA and CMP, so the ability of Fuxuan 9 to Fight cold is the weakest, Mingshanbaihao is the strongest, Chuannonghuangyazao and Mingshan 213 are medium.(4) In spring, summer and autumn, amino acid and 20 kinds of main amino acid content of the components of Chuannonghuangyazao are higher than CK and other 3 cultivars,and its phenolic ammonia ratio is lowest, the catechin quality index is highest, then it has the material basce of quality fresh and pure taste; comparies to Chuannonghuangyazao, Mingshanbaihao and Mingshan 213 are medium,and the evaluation results and tea samples analysis of biochemical components is consistent. Fuxuan 9 acids such as main quality with content is low, and the proportion is not ideal, quality performance in general.(5) Comprehensive comparison of 4 varieties photosynthetic characteristics, resistance physiological indexes, biochemistry and tea optimum system, Chuannonghuangyazao and Mingshan 213 are earlier born varieties, and have higher quality ane a higher popularized value. But the net photosynthetic rate, high yield potential and tea production of the two varieties are less than Fuxuan 9, and resistant medium. Cultivation, should strengthen the fat cultivates management, water management and protection to improve photosynthetic rate and tea production. The comprehensive characteristic of Mingshanbaihao is good, which has high yield, good quality, high resistance and promoting value, can continue to promoting tea areas in sichuan. Fuxuan 9 is earlier born variety, high yielding varieties, but tea quality performance poorer, should choose proper control of blessing planting area. Cultivation process, should adopt high quality cultivation techniques.
