This test,as part of the national sugarbeets industrialization technology system construction project,is conducted in research base of northeast agricultural university in 2009.By the means of "3414" quadratic regression D - the optimal design.in the soil testing and fertilizer project recommended. KWS0143 is used as the test material, establish a fertilization model of quadratic equation. Study influence of NPK fertilizers on sugarbeet yield and quality ,test the dynamic change of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium content during the growth and development of sugarbeet..,test the activity of nitrogen assimilation metabolic key enzyme NR in the leaf and GS in the root.analyze the activity change between the enzemys and the influence on the sugarbeet yield and quality. provide theoretical basis to improve fertilizer utilization ratio.The results were as follows:1.The treatment with the highest yield of 55884.3kg·hm-2 sugar beets is treatment 6,the second one is treatment 11 with yield of 53502.1 kg·hm-2,the third one is treatment 9 with yield of 52494.5kg·hm-2.Compared to no fertilizer district(treatment 1) , the three treatments increased 22287 kg·hm-2,19904.8kg·hm-2,18897.2kg·hm-2respectively.2. Sugar content of treatment 2(N0P2K2) is 17.50%;The second one is treatment 1(N0P0K0) with the sugar content of 16.89%;The third one is treatment 3 with the sugar content of 16.70%. there is significant difference between treatmentsand the overall trend is the sugar content with the treatment of low nitrogen-high phosphorus is greater than the ones with high nitrogen-low phosphorus.3.There is a similar rule between sugar yield and the root yield.N2P2K2 treatment has the highest level of sugar yield compared with other treatments significantly positively.Sugar yield of treatment 6 has the maximum sugar yield of 8438.58kg·hm-2,treatment 9 has the second highest sugar yield of 7937.17kg·hm-2,treatment 7 has the third highest sugar yield of 7717.84kg·hm-2.4.Through this test,nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium quadratic equation of fertilizer effection model is built, its regression correlation coefficient were 0.964, 0.901, 0.958 respectively, equations regression F value reach significant level. The best fertilizer application for quantity is: N147.4 kg·hm-2, P 72.0kg·hm-2, K 63.1 kg·hm-2 and NPK fertilization proportion is 1:0.49:0.43。5.Under the same treatment and the condition of different periods, the activity of leaf NR and root GS is of a curve and reaches maximum in end-july (MFS);Under the same period and different treatments, the activity of beet leaf NR and root GS increases as the quantity of nitrogen application increases.6. the correlation between the activity level of leaf NR (X1),GS leaves (X2),GS root (X3) and beets yield (Y1),sugary rate (Y2),sugar yield (Y3)during the whole period of growth and development is analyzed with Dps. correlation coefficients all reach significant level, the influence on the yield reaches significant level and the influence on the amount of sugar in different periods is different.7.the trend change of dry matter accumulationof sugarbeet is that high level of nitrogen is greater than low level of nitrogen,high level of phosphor is greater than low level of phosphor.The influence of potassium on the dry matter of sugarbeet is less than nitrogen and phosphor,N3P2K2 treatment has the highest dry matter accumulation.8.During the prior period of growth and development, T/R ratio is high and provides a powerful "origin"for root growth . After entering root growth, T/R ratio decreased obviously and it shows the rapid growth of root. This change rule is good to the yield formation. |
