In this paper, test material was KWS2409 sugarbeet. The effect of growth distribution of fiber root and distributive absorption of N,P,K were studied in the field experiment; Root cutting method was used to research the relationship in fiber root, root tuber enlargement and sugar content accumulation in different period and position. The results show:1. In the sugarbeet body, the growth of fiber root was synchronous to the weight gained of root tuber, it was the fastest growth in July and August, it distributed mainly in soil layer of 0~40cm and 40~80cm, after reached a peak at the end of August , it had a declining trend; Lateral roots activity began to decline rapidly in the end of July, wound flow of main root declined slowly after reached peak at the end of August ; In the growth period of root tuber and sugar content, the shallow lateral root play a major role in 0~40cm, in the accumulation stage of sugar content, the deep fiber root maybe play a more important role in 40~80cm. Nitrogenous fertilizer significantly promote 0 ~ 1 m soil layer of fiber root growth, increasing the number of lateral roots and the quantity of deep and fiber roots, improving activity of main and lateral roots in different stages, Excessive nitrogen fertilizer made promote function reduced in the fiber roots and root activity, the relationship between application of nitrogen increased root tuber yield and sugar yield and using nitrogen promoted fiber root and root activity.2. Application amount of nitrogen in the range of 0 kg/hm~2~360kg/hm~2, with the increasing of nitrogen, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium were uptaken significantly increased in plant body; Increasing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium accumulation and percentage of leaves, petioles and root tuber, the increase amplitude of leaves and petioles were significant larger than root. The root yield was 82609.63kg/hm~2,sugar content was 16.83%, root production at 1000kg, which need N,P2O5,K2O were 5.49kg,2.02kg,6.03kg.3. The latter part of groups leaf area index, root dry matter accumulation and root water content were increased by increasing nitrogen application, root-shoot ratio and root sugar content reduced significantly in the harvest time, root production and sugar yield increased along with the nitrogen first and then showed a decreased trend, nitrogen application was 180kg/hm~2,the highest sugar yield was 13892.64 kg/hm~2. 4. Root and sugar growth period (August 1) , root cutting dry matter descend range less than the control , it was 19.89~27.71%,root cutting(August 29) dry matter descend range was the minimum in sugar content accumulation period, it was 1.72%~4.32%;Broken main root dry matter declined larger than broken lateral roots in different periods. Total dry matter yield , tuber yield, root water content were declined, but sugar content rate increased; In addition to sugar accumulation period, sugar yield of root cutting had more yield than control, which was 4.11~9.40%, in other time, root cutting would fall sugar yield, the descend range was 0.52~20.70%. In sugar content of root tuber increased period, fiber root affected most to growth of root tuber, the main root had a large effect than lateral root in whole growth period; In the accumulation of sugar content, properly reduce fiber root activity used to enhance sugar content and sugar yield.
