In this paper, the 15 Descurainia sophia L. for the construction of species of forbs meadow which in winter and spring pasture of Aba Prefecture Ruoergai is the research centers of this experiment,carry on the shape index such as plant height,Pod number per plant,and Inflorescence lies which are closely related to with yield and quality of the seed,to find the relationship form index between seed yield and quality; In addition, from community level to study Descurainia sophia L.'s community and soil nutrient systematie,control Descurainia sophia L.growing conditions and influence factors,to improve sophia biomass production, development Descurainia sophia L. wild germplasm resources, looking for the way for new pave renewable energy plants. Main results obtained were as follows:1.Descurainia sophia L.plant height between the 79~132cm, Inflorescence length between 22.3~57.9cm, Pod number per plant is between 100 and 1526, Stem lies between 3.7~40.6g, Inflorescence lies between 1.9-28.2g, fruit lies between 5.5~110g; The index, such as Plant height, Inflorescence length, Pod number per plant, Stem and Inflorescence weight have very significant positive correlation with Descurainia sophia L. weight seed yield (P<0.01), Sophia root length and seed yield significant are positive correlation (P<0.05).2.The oil of Descurainia sophia L. seed is 40.8% to 46.2%, the main fatty acids are palmitic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, oleic acid, stearic acid,10,13-Eicosadienoic acid,11-Eicosenoic acid, Eicosanoic acid,13-Docosenoic acid, Behenic acid,15-Tetracosenoic acid; there is not correlation between shape index with seed oil and fatty acid there is not correlation Rich in a-linolenic acid, the content of total fatty acids 46.8%, which easily converted into other fatty acids, have great prospects for energy use and consumption of development potential.3. Descurainia sophia L. community have a simple structure, there only have 23 species most, dominant plant Descurainia sophia L. sophia cover greater, In addition,most plots are more than 50%, and most of them in more than 70%. the Simpson diversity index, Margalef richness index and Pielou evenness index of community were 0.59,1.0 and 0.61, have maintained a relatively stable level, community characteristic index and plant height into a significant negative correlation (P<0.05) and density into significant positive correlation (P<0.05). And have a significant negative correlation with seed yield (P< 0.05).we could control community structure to improve Descurainia sophia L. biological production.4.The soil nutrient levels of Descurainia sophia L. for the construction of species of forbs meadow were significantly higher than the same conditions of sub-alpine meadow (P <0.01), the organic matter content more than 10 times the control (CK) levels, When the organic matter,total nitrogen nitrogen,available K and available phosphorus of soil are 14.2%,0.54%,362.88 mg/kg,1224.1mg/kg and 63.48mg/kg,the seed yield of Descurainia sophia (L.) is highest.The soil looseand nutrient-rich; Descurainia sophia L. soil nutrient and each morphological index and yield no significant correlation, but the indexes of community characteristics (P>0.05) and soil nutrients have a certain extent:Total nitrogen and available nitrogen, (P<0.05) organic matter were the significant positive correlation (P<0.05)...
