A determinative detection on chicks has done for the soluble peptide in the different molecular weight ranges to study on the small peptide released in chicks' digestive tract, which aims to improve the technological parameters of cottonseed and rapeseed meals with different processing measures (protein after fermentation or enzymatic hydrolysis), and prepare for the high-efficiency utilization of Low-quality protein resource. The research is made of three parts as follow:Experiment I. Effects of different treatments on nutrients content of oil-seed mealTo investigate the effects of different treatments on nutrients content of oil-seed meal, oilseed meals are compared with those enzymatic hydrolysis and fermented products in content of protein, peptides, amino acid. The result shows that the Crude protein and Glycoprotein content of cottonseed protein and peeling cold squeeze detoxicated rapeseed meal are increased after enzymatic hydrolysis or fermentation, and rapeseed meal has the best increasing of 5%, and enzymatic hydrolysis cottonseed meal is lowest on protein content. Compared with Glycoprotein, cottonseed protein increases by 30%,which is the most, it has no significant difference between the enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation products of peeling cold squeeze detoxicated rapeseed meal.Experiment II. TME and AA utilitization of different oilseed meals in RoostersThe study was conducted to determine the TME and AA utilization of different oilseed meals in roosters. A total of 56 White Leghorn rooster were allocated into 7 treatments randomly, each consisting of 4 replicates, with 2 broilers of each replicate. The amino acid utilization and True Metabolizable Energy of Seven kinds of rations, soybean meal, cottonseed protein, peeling cold squeeze detoxicated rapeseed meal and those enzymatic hydrolysis or fermented product, are detected by Sibbald's starvation-emptying method. The results show that:(1) After enzymatic hydrolysis or fermentation, amino acid utilization has been increased. (2) compared with those enzymatic hydrolysis product, peeling cold squeeze detoxicated rapeseed meal and cottonseed protein products have no significance difference. But those fermented products on the contrary. In addition, the difference of TME is no significant between soybean and fermented cottonseed meal. Experiment III. Small peptides'releasing characteristic of protein feed in different intestinal tract in broilersThe purpose of experiment III is to study the small peptides' releasing characteristic of protein feed in different intestinal tract in broilers.56 White Leghorn AA broilers of 21 days were allocated into 7 treatments randomly, each consisting of 4 replicates, with 2 broilers of each replicate. The ration for experiment is made by 70% of any seven feedstuffs and 30% of starch. The experiment aim at studying the release rule of small peptides on different gastrointestinal tract. It also shows that it has significant difference on the small peptides releasing of different gastrointestinal paragraphs, ranging from high to low as follow:Duodenal> jejunum anterior> Ileum anterior> lower part of jejunum> lower part of ileum> glandular stomach.
