| Wireless endoscope camera-capsule can be swallowed into the intestine to take photographs of gastrointestinal tract continually. By this way can inspecting the gastrointestinal tract entirely. This examining method is noninvasive and painless. Wireless endoscope system is a great advantage over traditional endoscopes which is in line with recent trends towards noninvasive and minimally invasive therapy. However, it is very difficult in solving the practicability of wireless endoscope because of its power and image quality. Due to these factors, the bi-directional and miniatruized telemetry module for wireless endoscopy was developed to improve the practicability. The thesis firstly gives a survey about the research progress of gastrointestinal endoscope. Then, it introduces the research progress of wireless endoscope system. The miniature wireless endoscopic capsule system is developed in this project consists of three parts: wireless camera-capsule, portable image record set and video-browsing workstation. The thesis introduces the designing schemes of wireless endoscope camera-capsule. Especially introduces the particular of designing scheme of each module of wireless endoscope capsule. Involve: the introduction of image sensor OV2640; designation of an optical lens and light illumination circuit; the introduction of low frequency chip MCP2030; the introduction of high frequency chip nRF24L01; the designation of core controller based on C8051F330 microcontroller; the introduction of encapsulation unit; the introduction of power unit chip NCP585; the selection of date buffer storage chip; In the whole system of wireless endoscope camera-capsule, frame format of decoder, compressing ratio, transmitting speed and sleeping model are controlled by changing some parameters of each module by core controller chip C8051F330. The wireless endoscope camera-capsule has the characteristic of micromation and low power consuming. The study has demonstrated a unique and better approach to minish the dimension of endoscope. A successful attempt has been made to acquire better data with the aid of this system. In general, the development of the biomedical wireless endoscope has great impacts in the clinical and business settings. The research of wireless endoscope has profound significance for the fields of biomedical engineering. |
