As the energy crisis and environmental issues become increasingly prominent, wind power have got a rapid development. However, it appears a phenomenon that the development "emphasizes on production and scale", but "ignores quality and management". With the operation time of active wind turbine increasing, the units have gradually exposed some fault, which cause risk uncertainties threatening the safe operation of the wind turbine and the economic efficiency of enterprises. Thus, aiming at the active wind turbines, this paper carries out the fault risk assessment and maintenance decision research The main research of this paper are as follows:1. Establish the knowledge analysis model of wind turbine and its fault. This paper analyzes the wind turbine from the aspects of unit structure and parameter mornitoring to obtain the basic knowledge of equipment. Then aiming at the unit related faults that may occur, this paper takes the FMECA and FTA as theoretical guidance to carry out research on the analysis of fault mode, sympton, reason, effect and its inherent risk of the wind turbine, organizing the multidimensional fault knowledge in the form of improved form. Based on the feature of wind turbine, the equipment importance analysis based on the Monte Carlo simulation is carried out, with mending the assessement factor.Then maintenance method based on the equipment importance is carried out.2. Establish the real-time assessment model of fault risk on the basis of operating principle and feature of wind turbine. Based on the response of characteristic parameters on the functioning level of equipment, this paper establishs real-time assessement model of fault with relating both the real-time and dynamic characteristic parameters and wind speed and season, with sensitive characteristic parameter proposed. Besides, synthetical risk assessment rule of equipment is formulated on the basis of inherent and real-time fault risk.3. Formulate maintenance decision rule of wind turbine based on the real-time risk assessment. By selecting the appropriate maintenance time and maintenance projects, the maintenance decision model has been formulated, which is on the basis of both inherent and real-time fault risk and equipment importance. Besides, the rugular inspection and maintenance item is optimized.In short, analysis for wind turbine is done from the aspects of fault risk cognition, real-time assessment and control to ensure its safety and reliability.
