With the progressive promotion and application of the IEC61850standard to bring great possibilities for substation automation, many research institutes and large electricity companies to strive for the realization of the substation automation. In the substation, the conventional substation test equipment only on the analog signal measurement and analysis of digital test equipment has been quite a lot of attention. The task of this project is the realization of the IEC61850-9-2standard based on the ARM9200microprocessor, the main work of this paper are:Analysis of the current status of the substation automation, profoundly expounded the characteristics of the IEC61850standard and digital substation, providing a viable program for the development of digital substation.Designed a CH365chip as the core of the PCI interface circuit, meet the PC to send data in real time, fast, safe transfer to give the ARM9CPU data package circuit module, the MAC layer according to IEC61850-9-2standard binary information and data into a suitable power transmission frame format, and finally into the test device for performance analysis and testing on the packet.IEC61850-9-2standard in practical engineering applications are analyzed and discussed, in this paper, high-speed transmission efficiency and the PCI interface circuit to bring a comprehensive analysis of the direct test of the analog signal output of conventional substation, to play a role in promoting the development of substation automation, but it is still inadequate, work and experiments for further study.
