With China's economic rapid growth and people's living standards improved steadily, the conflict between rapidly growing energy demand and the crisis of energy and environmental will arise. Therefore, the state building the relevant policies and guidelines actively, advocating the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. For the power industry, the most effective way is to ensure that the economic operation of power grid. The lOkV distribution network is the largest and most extensive coverage of our distribution network, also the part of max power loss,it's economic operation plays a decisive role on the energy saving of the whole grid. Therefore, the economic operation of the10kV distribution network is imperative to carry out in China's power industry.This paper is mainly in three hands to achieve the economic operation of the lOkV distribution network:1. The economic operation of the distribution transformers. The transformer is the important equipment of distribution network, it has number and capacity, also a great power loss. This paper by optimization selecting the transformer voltage tap and the parallel operation of transformer, and we can get the economic operation of transformer programs and economic benefits of quantitative formula. And taking a lOkV distribution transformer of a company for an example to verify the correctness and economic of the program.2. The economic operation of the distribution lines. Distribution lines is the important part of the distribution network and the lOkV distribution have large numbers and length of lines,so it lead to much power loss. This paper mainly by upgrading the lines and optimal adjustment of distribution line three-phase load balance to get the economic operation of distribution lines programs and economic benefits of quantitative formula. And taking thelOkV distribution line of a district for an example to verify the correctness and economic of the program.3. The optimal reactive compensation of the10kV distribution network. The shortage of reactive power makes a lot of reactive power long-distance transmission along the distribution network lines, leading to the high loss of10kV distribution network. This paper use the parallel capacitors as a means of reactive power compensation, computing the systems of power loss on each node reactive changes in the sensitivity to determine the compensation node, taking the Genetic Algorithm as optimization tool to determine the optimal compensation capacity, and taking the IEEE33node distribution system for an example to verify the correctness and economic of the reactive power optimization model.Based on the above research, this paper focuses on the method of optimization adjustment on transformer voltage tap and three-phase load balance of distribution lines, construction of a new model of overall economic efficiency of the best for reactive optimization for lOkV distribution network. According to compute or simulate and analyze the results of an calculation example, which researched or proposed method on the economic operation of the distribution transformer and lines, and10kV distribution network reactive power optimization is proved to be correct and economic, could effectively saving energy, to achieve with the economic operation of power grid.
