Intelligent Hotel Building System Design

With the rapid development of extra-low voltage (ELV) technology, wide variety and functions of these systems are merged with different kinds of building, which eventually has formed a variety of different functions of intelligent ELV systems engineering. This paper has design an intelligent hotel ELV system project, which is divided into following systems by function:1, the structured cabling system:Through the structured cabling system voice and data communications equipment, switching equipment and other information management systems are connected to each other, or connected with an external communication network and a variety of network increasing the utilization efficiency.2, the communication system:This includes computer network and digital telephone switching system. Computer network system which can provide networking, data sharing and other network functions, and digital telephone switching system helps for voice and also for internal data, images and other channels.3, integrated security system:through the closed circuit monitoring, alarm, access control and patrol four subsystems combine to achieve a full range of security features.4, the public broadcasting system:By means of the Center Control and the audio terminals devices connections, we can achieve public voice board casting and information transfer job in a particular area or public areas.5, room control system:Through control and management system, controls room's air-condition and other equipment, making guests feel more comfortable, more convenient and can save energy of the hotel building.6, building automation systems:building automation control system is for monitoring and management of electrical and mechanical equipment in the building. The system can ensure a comfortable, clean working environment, but also to monitor and safeguard the normal operation of various equipments.7, the IT room engineering system:through the establishment of security, stability, standard room environment, to achieve an effective and safe communication system. Based on rational design, advanced technology, excellent performance, secure, reliable, sophisticated, principles of economic application, the design has studied the above mentioned subsystems features and the actual functional requirements of the hotel building and has integrated the ELV systems in the engineering design to simplify the premise of the hotel to achieve intelligent management.
