It has important significance and provides reference foundation for nuclear power station containment assembly and other related measurements.This article introduces engineering measurements, measurement and control network and the theory of least squares, and describes the AP1000steel containment structure and construction process of nuclear power plant, combines the measurement theory and containment production requirements closely together, establishes the AP1000nuclear power plant containment docking measurement model, makes requirement analysis from the theory of containment. Through the analysis, put forward the conditions and requirements needed by containment. In the project, in order to meet the requirements of containment, should integrate the measurement and process into the organization.This article researches the instrument, measurement method, measurement and control network and a series of measurement factors of containment, combines measure with containment making process, make the actual site of the surveying control network, through using accurate measuring instruments, puts forward reasonable measurement method which meets the measurement requirements. This method provide a set of method and scheme for AP1000nuclear power station steel containment measure, and supply the measurement foundation for AP1000nuclear power station.
