Remote Diagnostic Technology Of The Internet-based Automotive Electronics Research

Car electronic remote fault diagnosis system plays an important role in car remote fault detecting, car electronic design and car repair. The current requirements and study status at present in car remote fault diagnosis are analyzed firstly, then, a framework of remote diagnosis, which is based on the self-diagnose of car ECU and C/S model, is put up. After that we have studied the K-Line communication protocol using in the self-diagnose system, windows network communication and database technology. We have made a hardware interface between K-Line and RS232 and carried out a method to realize a remote diagnosis system using the car ECU self-diagnose system.Ultimately, a demo system is established based on the C/S mode, which provides a feasible method to found a car electronic remote fault diagnosis system ground on Internet. All the software of the system is programmed using C++, which can be transplanted easily.
