With modern the development of computer technology and safety production requirements of the increase, the virtual reality gradually become special industry training high quality worker one important method. This paper means it is in this context, the modern virtual reality technology for guidance, the integrated use of multimedia technology, modern sensor and measurement and control technology, crane kinematics and dynamics, modern port crane operation technology science knowledge, widely used in the port quayside container crane, door crane, container yard tire gantry crane, grab crane bridge type, bridge door crane five large crane as the object, the variety of crane simulator key technology of integrated developmentThe main research results and innovation points as follows:(1) The research demonstrated the feasibility based on integrated port five large crane's main simulation training function.Through the comparative analysis five large port crane mechanisms of function driver room structure and similarity, driver's operation of the device and the driver the similarity of similarity vision, demonstrates the feasibility of the integration of five models, completing the simulator integration solutions design.(2) Constructed the high lifelike projection system as the core of the vision around packaged for the driver studentsIn the further research the visual target dynamic change in work process for crane driver, and building the package type folding screen projection system basis on the first says for driver students, developed the driver operation and projection screen images changes interaction between the linkage of the control technology, realized the simulator of stereoscopic display screen common three peacekeeping, and promoted the virtual environment feeling of simulator.(3) Realized the dynamic simulation based on the six degrees of freedom platform of the crane driver roomEstablished the crane sling and driver room dynamic characteristic model, based on the six freedom movement platform of the crane driver room motion control technology, realized the cab tilt and shaking bumps, as the dynamic simulation in the main conditions of the crane, improve the simulator immersion feeling and interactivity, to create more true learning environment for students.(4)Researched the technical performance comprehensive evaluation index and methods of crane simulatorWith the theoretical basis of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, initially constructed comprehensive evaluation index system for crane simulator, realized the comprehensive evaluation of the simulator performance, laid the foundation for further improve the quality of the simulator.This dissertation research results has been used in engineering practice, improved the professional education of crane modernization level for new driver in our country, and has spreding value and widely application future.
