There is a variety of risks in the process of underground project construction,andsome potential risk is not easily identifiable.During the process of constructionprocess, accidents are happening as a resul of the poor engineering safetymanagement of security,and the accidents inevitably cause significant economiclosses and social impact.The security risk management of underground is the coretechnical problems,which the development of underground space and construction ofrail transportation face.In order to build security risk management system,theimplementation of effective risk management in the process of undergroundconstruction and identifuing risk assessment in the process of construction are veryimportant.On the basis of the application of risk management to the process ofunderground project construction and identifying risk factors related to undergroundworks,a safety management index system will be built.The building of the safety riskmanagement system is propitious to increase the awareness of risk management andthe capabilities of risk management of the participants',so as to reduce or avoid thepossible security risks and losses in the stage of construction.Domestic subway construction was built in1965.In the large cities with preciousland,subway has become the ideal means of transport taking up least land andspace,with max carryings and fastest speed,least environmental pollution,and mostsafety and comfortable to passengers.So,it is used by international city widely.For thepast40years,the domestic metro construction has achieved a lot,that play a big partin relieving the transporting pressure of city.Inrecent years,domestic metro construction had a lot of accidents in successionand bring about serious injuries and deaths and property loss.Frequently happeningSubway accidents inereases the risk of construction.These risks not only cause costincreasing and duration postpone of project,but also can not meet the constructionrequires,and bring huge hazards to the society.This paper carries out a statistical analysis on those subway construction accidents in recent years,The inherent risks of subway construction during indexsystem is established from the point of view of the cause of the accident. Inherent riskfactors for subway construction period, risks inherent in the division level during thesubway construction, and use of this model to the validation of the inherent risk levelof the subway construction on the Metro Line in Dalian.
