Chery A3 Design And Reseach

Automobile design belongs to industrial design, is the combination of science with arts, and is also a comprehensive design and production process. It is not only confine to external styling, colors and decoration, but also in consideration with function materials, production processing, ergonomics, aerodynamics, bionics, aesthetics, et al.With the rapid development of domestic economy and the constant improvement of the level of living in our country, the demands for car styling become more and more critical. Developing a new type of vehicle needs to think about the actual situation of corporation, such as techniques, costs, customer and so on. Under the circumstances, how to grasp users'emotional needs correctly and how to understand Customer's design requirements better, so as to go in for the car styling design accurately are the designers'problem. Based on the investigation on the needs of customer, typical car company all over the world, and social consciousness in emotional field, the work designed a type of car which is in tune with the times and productive.The paper is going on based on the reform design of Chery A3. First, the evaluation and analysis are carried out on the basic of customer's requirements. Second, target being designed and relative factors are investigated and analyzed. Third, the redesign to object is carried on according to target requirement and investigation results. Finally, another analysis is made based on the whole design flow. Taking the practical participation and the whole design process as the basis, methods of solving design project is summarized.
