Satellite remote sensing receiving as an active observation method, with the absolute advantage compare to any other observational means. At present in China,staid station is still the major solution for remote sensing satellite groud receving system. Introduced or self-design system, with the limitations of antenna structure design, it can not achieve rapid transfer, quick assemble and disassemble, and fast tracking to the target important satellite, then reduced its timeliness for data receiving from remote sensing satellite.In this paper based on the system level, elaborated how to analysis, design a receiving and processing system for hign motorized remote sensing satellite. Focused on the keys as "hign motorized, combination dual-band feed, high-speed image pre-processing, orbit determination, auto management and testing" aspects, designed a high mobility, strong receiving and processing capacity, cost-effective remote sensing satellite ground system. After verification, all specifications showed good performance. System overall can approach worldwide advanced technical level and even leading for maneuverability technology domain. It has a high value for promotion and emergency communications areas.
