Public Environmental Facilities Humanized Design

The urban public environmental facilities, as an indispensable factor for urban spatial configuration, should be able to satisfy most residents'needs in daily life and aesthetic pursuit.From humane-oriented perspective, some aspects that including urban public environmental facility configuration, density control, scale handle, artistic atmosphere, and accessibility situation is researched in this paper. In order to increase the extent of urban public environmental humanization and promote city civilization, the influencing factor, design standard and method of urban public environmental humanization design are also searched during this thesis.There are six sections:the first section is the brief introduction of research background, aim and significance. The second part is the comprehensive abstraction of research foundation which clarify this subject's research direction, including urban public environmental facility fundamental research abstraction and humanization design theory abstraction. The third section is an in-depth field survey for public environmental facility constructions in four free parks of Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Nanjing respectively. Furthermore, problems inside and reasons for them are also discussed. In the fourth section, investigation and analysis for target and principle of influencing factor for urban public environmental facility are carried out. During the fifth section, an artistic and generic design solution for urban public environmental humanization design is proposed which is systematic, ecological, functional, humane-machine integration,. The sixth section is the innovations and discoveries of design practice based upon previous theoretical research.
