The AS/RS is Mechanical & Electrical Integration production with high technology and density which involves information, storage and management. The AS/RS management and control involve many factors and aspects, among which, both the AS/RS economic performance and social performance are related to the dispatch of storage machines when they are in the operation of storage and retrieval. So the dispatch of storage machines has been the point problem which is researched by enterprisers and scholars. On the base of former research which pre-scholars have done, we managed to improve the arithmetic in a creative way. The main work includes:The principle about the increasing of AS/RS working efficiency which is adaptive to economic and technical demand has been brought forward for the first time,. The traditional research aim is to pursue the highest efficiency only and neglects the possibility of the implement of working efficiency , technique and rational using of machine. We have changed the traditional research way into a new one.This research is established on the base of the analysis about the most important factor that influences working efficiency of warehouse. We propose the idea which storage and retrieval are determined by each other. Then we put forward the dispatch principle that needs the least motions of the crane. And the math model has been founded, but the restriction is also put forward according to the dispatch principle.Considering the complexity and particularity of warehouse management, it is hard for us to avoid the partial conclusion if we analyze the problem in pure mathematic way. Therefore, we adopt the conditional search way to realize our arithmetic. This way is a more popular one to deal with the dynamic planning problems, and reasonable improvement has been completed before it is used in our research.In the research, the computer program is compiled, which makes the designed arithmetic true in computer. And the warehouse model is constructed according tothe function and type of the m ost s ociety and the business enterprise's 1 ogistics warehouse. We have completed the simulative test to verify the arithmetic, and the test results show that the arithmetic is a brief, efficient and practical one.At the end of the paper, the research achievement is concluded, and both of the existed shortage and the next question about the research are pointed out. According to the author's investigation, the views, principles and ways pointed out in this paper aren't published in public. Therefore, to some degree, the research is provided with value on innovation obviously.
