In the information age, more and more uninterrupted power supply equipment for ahigher quality power supply requirements. This part of the city's main power grid, we mustaccelerate the construction of its degree of automation. With large scale power grids, powerdistribution is obtained through optimization. But to enhance the reliability of distributionnetwork, it must also be fully automated distribution network to achieve a high level ofautomation. JiangMen is a large distribution automation project, you need to graduallyimprove. Building programs in addition to the technically feasible and advanced, but alsoeconomically reasonable, the risks have a strong resistance. Because of the complicatedrelationship between these factors, a comprehensive analysis should be considered in order toreduce and avoid planning mistakes and improve the feasibility of building. The traditionalmeans of grid construction project evaluation is the feasibility study, of existing and emerginggrid issues can not give quantitative extent of the problem and the specific problem areas. Inaddition, the traditional focus on individual aspects of assessment methods, lack of an overallevaluation on the construction of a lack of direct guidance.This paper introduces a kind of quantitative evaluation system of the analytic hierarchyprocess method. This decision analysis method is put forward to us the different distributionautomation planning program, a comprehensive evaluation, and then each scheme evaluationscore. A more scientific and effective is in prospect, which can use in the distribution networkautomation and guide the construction of JiangMen distribution network automation. Fromthe analysis of the present situation of JiangMen urban distribution automation, therequirement analysis and the goal programming, the power distribution automation system inthe planning principle standard and technical support, put forward the construction of the highlevel of technical solution and two projects according to the different principle. The resultshow the program one is the best option. Through sub-factors analysis, the distributionautomation in JiangMen focus and difficulty are determined. AHP can provide scientific andquantitative guidance, which has important practical significance for distribution automationsystem construction plan.
