| With the continuous development of the social economy,State Grid proposed in 2009 to build a strong smart grid.As an important infrastructure for building a strong smart power grid,distribution automation system can effectively improve the reliability of power supply and become an indispensable part of building a modern power system in China.However,there is a lack of methods to evaluate the construction effect of the distribution automation system,so it is of great significance to study how to evaluate the construction effect of the distribution automation system.In view of the evaluation of the construction effect of the distribution automation system,we propose an in-depth study from the two aspects of the operation status and economic results of the distribution automation system.Based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the operation status of the distribution automation system is evaluated.The evaluation system is constructed by the analytic hierarchy process,and the corresponding index weights are calculated.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the operation evaluation value of the distribution automation system,to realize the evaluation of the system operation status.The life cycle management method is applied to the cost and benefit analysis of the distribution automation system.At the same time,the economic performance analysis indicators are clarified,the economic effectiveness evaluation system of the distribution automation system is constructed,the index weights are judged,and the system economic effectiveness evaluation results are obtained by combining the expert scoring method.The evaluation results of the operation status and economic performance of the distribution automation system are taken as a single-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Based on this,a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is carried out,and the comprehensive evaluation result of the construction effect of the distribution automation system is obtained.The reliability of the proposed evaluation method and evaluation system is verified by the actual case evaluation of the distribution automation system pilot area in a certain city in Jiangxi province.The study on the evaluation of the construction effect of distribution automation system in this paper has a certain significance for accelerating the construction of distribution automation system. |
