Concluding accident identified way based on scientific method, and providing the data of car safety for automotive designer.The main content of this paper is as follows:The first, I collect the crashes theory and accident reconstruction way of both domestic and overseas production. Base on the vehicle dynamics, vehicle accidents mechanics, and functional principles of momentum theorem to calculate the data of car crash. Focusing on vehicle collision speed, collision angle and collision coefficient of friction, rebound coefficient access methods.Secondly, I describe the famous software PC-CRASH which is professional on car crash accident reconstruction. Explaining the function, database features and used way of this software. Base on the actual case of vehicles crash, I set up the model of the car,motorcycles and the road environment. Using PC-CRASH to simulate the car accident and evaluate the results. Concluding a normal way for car accidents reconstruction.Finally, researching the vehicle active safety and passive safety if the simulation model is effective; evaluating vehicles movement and personnel movement during the accident process. Researching personnel injury analyze and evaluation. This research results is good for vehicle design safety and personnel safety.
