In recent years, with the development of national economy and modem power electronic technology are extensively applied in our life. Harmonics in electric power system influenced the security, stabilization and economy of the power system seriously. So, it's significant to detect and analyze the harmonics in electric power system.The harmonic analysis system is designed based on DSP and FPGA. The TMS320F2812 was chosen as the core of system control, and the ADS8364 was used to the center of analog-to-digital conversion. The system can measure the three-phase voltage, three-phase current and power real-time. The FFT algorithm was used to process data. It displays three-phrase voltage's effective values and three-phase current's effective values and waveform of spectrum by LCD.Meanwhile, the system can transfer data to PC.1) The hardware circuits of system were designed in detail, which main include voltage and current conditioning circuits, second-order low-pass filter circuits, voltage offset circuit, the interface circuit between ADS8364 and TMS320F2812,synchronous sampling circuit based on DPLL, human-machine interface circuit(LCD, memory, external communication).2) DPLL is designed on FPGA to synchronize the tested signal, the simulation testing verify that the DPLL can minish the error caused by leakage effect.3) According to hardware system, the software system were designed, which main include TMS320F2812 initialization program, ADS8364data acquisition program, electric parameters measurement algorithm, FFT algorithm and serial communication program.4) The FFT algorithm is verified correctly in CCS. The FFT algorithm was used to process data, and the frequency spectrum was displayed on LCD. The system can transfer UH IH HRU THD to PC by serial port.
