Braking technology is very important for high speed train. For CRH series, their braking mode is the combination of air brake and electric brake. Air brake mainly make use of the friction between the brake pads and wheel to slow down the high speed train. Friction force is limited by the thermal capacity, on the other hand, long time use of air brake will cause wheel damage. What's more, it is harder to keep the wheels in good state, and easier to retire. However, if we use pure electric brake instead of combination of air brake and electric brake, problem above can be solved easily.The pure electric brake used in this paper including regenerative brake and reverse brake. In order to maintain the electric force the reverse brake would be used instead of regenerative brake when the train is in a low speed, however this will demand an accurate detection of the train speed. This paper will focus on how to detect the low speed of the train with the now used speed sensor. With the help of the improving method we can detect the train speed more accurate and judge if the train is in a "0" speed more rational. So that, we can remove the brake torque timely. And based on that author deduce1-7grade pure electric braking curve for the CRH380AWhat is more, in order to study more of the high speed train, we improve the traction drive simulation platform which laboratory already have, At last with the help of the simulation platform, author verify the performance of pure electric braking curve for the CRH380A. |
