| With the development of the technology of computer and network, more and more test systems apply network technology for its tremendous merits. Various test equipment can finish some large test task under the control of computer as the development of networked test technology. Ethernet technology is applied in the process of torpedo dynamic test, and the problem of real-time and clock synchronization are investigated.First, in the process of dynamic torpedo test, there is requirement for data share and information exchange among test equipment, so network is urgently demanded in the dynamic torpedo test system. The problem emerging in the process of dynamic torpedo test with Ethernet technology is researched. The basic structure and network model of dynamic torpedo test system is introduced. Key technology problems that involved in dynamic torpedo test with Ethernet technology are explained.Second, the problem of real-time is partly sloved. Uncertainty of Ethernet baffles its application to dynamic torpedo test system. Not changing the law of Ethernet, real-time problem is partly sloved by optimizing test centre server's layer of communication, technology of full-switched ethernet and QoS assurance.Then, a new method of clock synchronization is designed, and the synchronization problem of different test unit of torpedo test system is sloved. The performance of designed synchronization is verified by experiment. The results prove that the designed synchronization method can satisfy the demand of torpedo test system, and the method has the merit of fast synchronization speed and low bandwidth.Finally, the performance of networked torpedo test system is validated by simulation. The simulation results prove that the design can meet the demand of test dynamic toperdo test system. |
