Emergency Automated System Of Air Traffic Control System

In the new century, with the rapid development of Chinese aviation industry, so the device-dependent on a variety of ATC automation systems and equipments are increasing, major natural disasters or major emergencies have many special needs on the air traffic services.At present, China has not established a comprehensive scheme of ATC emergency system, We need to build a whole system of emergency protection,develop counter-measure in advance to deal with any emergencies.Firstly,the thesis studies the operating environment characteristics and technical requirements of the local ATC emergency systems and mobile ATC emergency system.Secondly,according to the operating environment characteristics and technical requirements of the emergency system, put forward three local-style and two mobile system architecture about ATC emergency automation.Thirdly in order to improve the effectiveness of the ATC emergency systems, research the emergency technical support for ATC.Finally, through the following three areas of study to achieve the fast switching of the emergency system and the main system:(a) Research on the data sharing technology, write the data sharing program, then achieve the desired results by simulation.(b) Studing on the synchronization technology of the control instruction between the main system and the emergency system, to determine the control instructions which are synchronized and the corresponding output format, the simulation results verify that the output format can facilitate the processing of automated system with excellent scalability.(c)Complete the redesign of the user interface of the emergency system for a specific main system.
