The performance test technology research of the multi-quadrant photodetector is a powerful support for our country to product high level quadrant.By studying the multi-quadrant photodetector performance testing technology, this paper designed a multi-quadrant detector performance test systems based on laser-guided loop simulation.The test system designed for a new type nine quadrant detector。The positioning theory of the nine quadrant,four quadrant and double four quadrant detector was be studied in detail, and made the performance comparison table for this three detector.The error formula of guidance accuracy affected by detector response delay was be derived. Through this formula we can find that the inconsistency of the quadrant caused the corresponding delay of each quadrant differently, so the error values of each quadrant was different. Increase the difficulty of the preparation of the control algorithm. The error formula of guidance accuracy affected by minimum detection range was be derived. This formula is more general.Deformation will occur when the simulation platform was working, and the deformation was produced when the ambient temperature changed. So the variables of the deformation should be Control within a certain range. This issue was be analyzed by using the ANSYS software from the point of statics, vibration and temperature field.Temperature effects on the optical system was be analyzed in detail, the deformation and interaction of optical lenses and holder, while the ambient temperature changed, was be analyzed. And the result was be verified by finite element method.By analyzing the functionality, stability and accuracy of the test system ensure all factors meet the test requirements. And then, by design, fabrication, assembly and commissioning, the test system prototype was be made. The performance of the test system was be verified by experiment, and show the test results.
